Process: Confirmation-of-purchase email includes a link to PDF guide for taking an ideal photo, Reply to email, attaching a photo and description of your pet. Receive a progress update half-way through, at which time minor revisions can be requested. Standard turnaround time of 1 week to create (subject to busyness), not including shipping time.

Shipping:  Shipping included in price, which includes tracking and insurance. Securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Extras:  Includes a precut mat (14"x18") of neutral color to match the portrait, and protective glassine sheet to prevent smudging, all securely enclosed in an archival plastic sleeve. Once you remove the glassine sheet, it's ready for framing. Final shipping confirmation email will include a link to a .pdf file outlining tips for framing.
